Tigger-Woods Florida Villa Terms & Conditions Please respect your neighbours
You can provisionally book through any of the methods on the Contact us page. A booking agreement will be provided to you and completed by the designated party leader {hereafter known as 'the customer'}, who must be at least 18 years old. The booking form must be correctly completed and returned by a date specified at the time of the provisional booking or subsequently agreed by the owner. All correspondence thereafter will be to the customer including confirmation of your booking which will constitute a contract between the customer and the owner and governed by English Law. The accommodation is from 3 p.m. (local time) on the first day of the agreed rental and must be vacated by 10 a.m. (local time) on the agreed departure date unless otherwise agreed with the owner. This is to allow for the property to be cleaned and made ready for the next guests. Please provide details about your group to the owner to check details of the maximum occupation. Changes to your booking can only be made with the agreement of the owner. In most cases this can be done free of charge but the owner reserves the right to levy a fee to cover any costs. Travel insurance is sensible and necessary. Details of your cover must be provided prior to departure. Details of companies providing inexpensive cover will be added to this site. It is advisable to take out this cover as soon as you book. If your departure is within 10 weeks of booking full payment is required at booking. In all other cases a deposit of 25% is requested with the balance due not less than 8 weeks before departure. The deposit is non-refundable (please see cancellation section below). Click here for details of pricing. Cancellation at short notice means that the accommodation cannot be let to other guests but on-going costs still need to be met. The owner reserves the right to levy the following cancellation charges:
However, the owner will always endeavour to rebook the accommodation if you are unable to go on your holiday. At short notice this may mean offering the accommodation to guests at less than the set tariff. Provided the accommodation can be re-let any amount paid by the customer will be returned less any costs in rebooking and any difference in the tariff paid by the new customer. The owner regrets that no pets are allowed. Tigger-Woods Florida Villa operates a strict no smoking policy within the villa - sorry! Please if you cannot respect our wishes do not book. The villa is on a wonderful site where you can, of course, puff to your hearts content (or otherwise)! Cancellation by owner. If circumstances mean that the villa cannot be made available you will be notified as soon as possible. The owner will attempt to find similar accommodation for the customer. If this is not possible or the customer does not wish to accept the alternative a full refund will be provided to the customer unless the circumstances are Force Majeure No liability can be accepted by the Owner where the contract is affected by 'force majeure'. In the context of these terms and conditions, 'force majeure' is any event that the Owner or the property management company could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. These events include but are not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, acts of God, terrorist activity, nuclear disaster, adverse weather, government action, technical problems with transportation or other events outside the Owners or the property management companies control. The Owner and/or the property management company do not accept any responsibility or liability for acts of omission of third parties which may prevent or disrupt a client's booking. The booking contract exists between the owners and the client and is limited to the rental of the property and associated services only. The information and descriptions supplied here are believed to be accurate and offered in good faith. Certain features or facilities may not be available from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control for which the Owner and/or the property management company accepts no liability. In addition no liability can be accepted by the Owner and/or the property management company for any injury, loss or damage to the Customer, any member of the Customers Party or any visitor to the rental home, arising out of or in connection with the use of the rental home or the pool. The Customer must ensure that all Children are supervised at all times whilst in or around the pool. Tigger-Woods Florida Villa is part of a community and as such will have others staying in accommodation close by. Often these will be families with young children. We ask you to respect your neighbours at all times by acting in a responsible manner. If you wish to party details of the great local nightlife can be found on the local attractions pages. We sincerely hope that you enjoy our villa and your stay in Florida. If you are unhappy with anything please let us know so that we can investigate and try to ensure future guests have the best possible vacation. You should bring the problem to the attention of the management company immediately and advise the owner in writing within 14 days of your departure date.
