You are paying for the vacation before you arrive and so it is only natural that you will want to know that our villa will be there for you and your group when you arrive.  So how can we prove that the villa is sitting in Davenport Lakes and waiting for you to come and stay. 

1) Our management company Cascade Services can be contacted.  Mike and Jacqui Freeman live close by and would be pleased to speak with you.  I could give you their number here but instead go to http://www.whitepages.com/  enter "freeman" in the last name section, 34747 in the zip code and Florida as the state.  They're currently coming up as 2nd in the search and this will provide you with their number and address.

2) Visit our guestbook.  The comments of previous guests are shown usually with an e-mail address.  I hope that whoever you pick will give you a good account of our home.

3) The best way is to pick a utility - Electric or Water, and we can email our most recent bill. They come through monthly so we will always have one up to date. It will have the owners name and property address on.
